The Role of the Quality Management Representative 9001:2000

This one-day course has been designed to give individuals training in the role and responsibilities of a Quality Management Representative.

The course is ideal for those that have literally been dropped in the position of Quality Management Representative and clearly need training in this responsible role.

Course Programme:

The eight quality principles, management review meetings, internal audit, setting objectives, the need for quality management systems, ISO 9001:2000 requirements, ISO 9004:2000 guidelines, Process flow chart mapping, Implementation methods.

Course Delivery Method

Lecturing/Tutor input, group exercises, examples.

Certificate of Training

A certificate of training will be issued to those delegates who complete the course.

The tutor is very experienced in the field of quality management systems, a registered IRCA Lead Auditor and Member of the Institute of Quality Assurance.
