This course is to provide formal training in how to carry out internal audits to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and auditing standard ISO 19011:2002. Who should Attend Individuals tasked with the responsibility of conducting internal quality management system audits within their organisation. Those thinking of attending this course should ideally have some knowledge of quality management systems. If not, some background reading is advisable before attending the course. Course Programme: The requirements of ISO 9001:2000, audit planning, audit programmes, opening meeting, audit process, closing meeting, report writing, typical non-conformances, attributes of an auditor. This course is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership of Management. A certificate of training will be issued to delegates who complete the course. In addition, delegates can also obtain an ILM certificate (this is optional) if they pass the course exam and provide two internal audit reports, which demonstrate knowledge and understanding in how to conduct internal audits. There is an additional cost of £65.00 per delegate for this award. Course Delivery Method Lecturing/Tutor input, group exercises, examples.
