Writing and Developing your own Quality Management System

This one day course is designed for individuals who have been tasked with the responsibility of producing a quality & procedures manual for their organisation to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

The course includes: A set of handouts, which include examples of a quality manual layout and procedure writing methods/ideas.

Who should Attend

Managers and supervisors who would prefer to write and implement their own management system rather than using external consultants and are looking for ideas.

This course is also suitable for individuals that are currently unhappy with their documented system and would like ideas on how they can improve it.
