A registered Lead Auditor reviews the documented quality system (DQS).
This can be carried out either at the client's premises or at CCAS Head

If DQS is acceptable, the actual compliance assessment is planned, and
a date agreed.
If DQS is not acceptable a further document review is arranged.

| STEP 5 |
The physical assessment is conducted at your premises by the same Lead

If successful you are informed and certification is recommended by the
Lead Auditor.
If unsuccessful, corrective action is agreed and a further assessment
arranged if necessary.

| STEP 6 |
A certificate of registration is raised and issued to the successful
company. The company can then apply to be listed on the DTI QA Register.
